My daughter Lily is currently in Grade 8 and coming to the end of a beautiful 11 year career at AHS. We have been so fortunate to have Lily spend her formative years at AHS. The school has provided her not only with an exemplary academic education, but has also instilled in her the love of community, Judaism, compassion and empathy. The staff and administration have provided a warm, safe and loving environment and have allowed Lily to grow as a student, a friend and a member of the community. Wherever her life journey may take her, she will always remember and be thankful for the remarkable foundation she received at AHS.

With one child in Bet Hayeled and another just beginning elementary school, we’ve been so grateful for the warmth, thoughtfulness, love, and creativity that infuse every part of the AHS experience. It’s a joy and a privilege to watch our kids mature and thrive in a community that truly knows them, nurtures them, and pushes them to be the best people they can possibly be

We are proud AHS parents and have been since Nursey School Days. Our son is now in Grade 7 at Danilack Middle School and our Daughter is in Grade 5 at Kamin Elementary. AHS has been very instrumental in shaping our children, providing them with a place to learn, grow and lead. It’s truly is an incredible school.

Associated Hebrew Schools is truly a place where Jewish values come to life. At AHS, our three daughters are surrounded by the care and warmth of a community that instills pride in being Jewish. From Shabbat and holiday celebrations to messages of inclusion, kindness and tzedakah, our daughters are learning the strength, beauty, and resilience of our community. We are grateful that our children go to a school where they feel joy in their Jewish identities and feel very blessed to be part of this community.

As the parent of three children (one a graduate, now at CHAT, one in grade 8 and one in grade 4), choosing AHS has been one of the best decisions for our family. The school strikes a perfect balance between academic excellence and strong Jewish values. Our children are challenged intellectually while growing spiritually through a deep connection to Torah and mitzvot. The faculty is incredibly dedicated, creating an environment where our children are not only supported academically but also encouraged to develop a strong Jewish identity. We also love the sense of community at AHS where every child feels valued and included. With its focus on both education and character development, we’re confident our children are getting the foundation they need to succeed in all areas of life. I am pleased to be a board member at AHS and would recommend the school to any family seeking a nurturing and intellectually stimulating environment grounded in Jewish tradition.
